Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website fine-antique-and-classical-guitars.com (hereinafter referred to as "the site") owned by Erik Pierre Hofmann (hereinafter referred to as "the seller").

2. Products

The products offered for sale on the site include, on one hand, musical instruments that are handmade or restored and appraised by the seller. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description specifying its main features. The site primarily serves as a showcase for musical instruments, and no online sales are possible for this category of products. Transactions for musical instruments are conducted in person; please contact the seller for further information. On the other hand, products offered for sale on the site include books and musical scores (print or manuscript). For this second category of products, sections 3 to 8 below apply.

3. Orders

Placing an order on the site implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The order process includes selecting products, verifying the cart, providing delivery and payment information, and confirming the order.

4. Prices

Prices of products are indicated in Euro, inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable - article 293 B of French General Tax Code). The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. The order will be considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The seller endeavors to dispatch products as promptly as possible but cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to carriers.

7. Claims and returns

In the event of receiving a defective or non-compliant product, the customer is encouraged to contact the seller promptly. The seller reserves the right to accept or refuse returns after evaluating the situation.

8. Warranty

Products sold by the seller benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects. Any product lost during delivery is replaced free of charge by the seller.

9. Protection of personal Data

The information collected during the order is necessary for its management and may be used for commercial purposes. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the use of their personal data.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to the applicable law in the seller's country. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, competent courts will be seized.
